Wastewater treatment system

The manufacture and assembly of the tubular skid with equipment for wastewater treatment using totally-automated sterilisation procedures.

The SKID comprises two individual, interconnected 5,000 litre installations. One acts as a storage tank, while the other works as a sterilisation reactor with a stirring operation. Both units are designed in AISI 304 stainless steel and feature a polished interior finish in order to ensure total cleanliness after washing, so avoiding possible microbiological growth, which may occur between treatment phases. Both tanks possesses heat insulation in order to prevent heat leakages and guarantee proper functioning, in addition to energy savings. Each tank has been fitted with an aseptic filter to ensure that the air entering the tanks contains an insignificant amount of bacteria. The connection tubes between the deposits are also made from different diameters of AISI 304 stainless steel, as required by the loads for each conduit. Automatic auxiliary components and instrumentation are also included in the installation, providing control over the entire plant, using a SCADA system designed specifically for this installation.
